The hotel was almost perfect. We wanted somewhere within walking distance that had restaurants. There were plenty and it was a pleasant walk to the small town. The rooms and amenities at the hotel were perfect, as were the staff. The extras that the hotel provided, some at a cost, were great: a boat trip, an electric car and sun shades for the beach. The restaurant food was delicious. The position of the hotel, up a hill gave us a wonderful view of the coast and the hotel gardens, also seen from the balcony. The only not so good thing was the fact that the balconies were facing east so there was no sun in the afternoon/evening on the balcony.

Emma has brilliant knowledge of the hotels and helped us narrow them down to find the perfect hotel for us! Everything was really easy and ran smoothly thanks to Just Sardinia's careful planning. They are brilliant at answering emails when we had questions and it was really easy and straightforward to pay by bank transfer, send them our passport details so they could do our flights etc. Margaret greeted us in Olbia off the flight which was a lovely welcome, and helped us find the Europcar stand. We also loved our Just Sardinia ticket wallet and used everything in there! We'll definitely recommend Just Sardinia to friends and family, and hopefully will use them ourselves again one day.

What types of rooms & suites are available?
The accommodation comprises of 38 stylish en suite Deluxe rooms, 6 Suites and 6 Pool Suites each with a private pool. All the rooms have a terrace or balcony, en suite bath and/or shower room, air conditioning, satellite TV, minibar, telephone, free WiFi and a safe.
The Aethos Suites are located 200m above the hotel, they are beautifully furnished but all have a slightly different layout and design with private pool, large terrace and wonderful sea views. They are accessed via an uphill pathway and therefore not suited to those with walking difficulties or young children. A complimentary shuttle service to the suites is available (on request).

What dining & bar options are available?
Zaia Restaurant in the hotel has panoramic views from the dining terrace and offers breakfast with local delicacies, light lunch (reservation required, extra cost) and a gourmet dinner with daily specialities.
The hotel bar has a wonderful poolside terrace and adjacent lounge.
What facilities, activities & experiences are available?
The hotel has 2 swimming pools: Adjacent to the bar & restaurant, the main outdoor pool has a large sun terrace and wonderful sea views; Situated up on the hillside, the adult only beautiful infinity pool is accessed via steps with panoramic views over the sea, gazebos and sunbeds tucked into the rocks around the pool with a small bar serving cocktails, snacks and light lunches. It is possible to book a private romantic dinner or private event by the infinity pool.
There is a small beach 600m away at La Conia or the Cannigione town beach is 800m away. There is a free shuttle service to the stunning Barca Bruciata beach (2.3km away) also with reserved sunbeds and parasols (extra cost).
Guests can book to participate in a cooking classes and wine tastings to learn about typical regional products (on request, extra cost).
The hotel has an outdoor gym and offers yoga classes, massages and beauty treatments on request (extra cost).
Where is the resort located?
This hotel stands in an enviable position enjoying panoramic views over the Gulf of Arzachena and within easy reach of the beach and town of Cannigione with a good selection of shops, weekly market, night market (high season), restaurants, pizzerias and café bars.
Boat trips and boat hire are also available from the port/marina to visit the beautiful beaches on the nearby Maddalena islands, ideal for swimming and snorkelling in the clear turquoise sea.
