What types of rooms & suites are available?
This small hotel has 23 Standard rooms (some with sea views, supplement) decorated in traditional Sardinian style, all with en suite shower room, hairdryer, air conditioning, WiFi, telephone, minibar, satellite TV (English news channels only) and safe. There are also 2 interconnecting rooms with en suite bathroom and 4 individually designed Suites all with sea views, shower and hydro massage baths.
Standard Room (13-20m2) double/twin bedroom with en suite shower room and a shared terrace in front of the room entrance, located on the ground or first floor. Some rooms have sea views (supplement) and a balcony.
Junior Suite Sea View (25-40m2) open plan double bedroom and living area with en suite shower room with whirlpool bath located on the ground or first floor with sea views.

What facilities, activities & experiences are available?
The hotel has a shaded al fresco dining terrace overlooking the beach and enjoying wonderful sea views towards the Gulf of Orosei. There is a bar and restaurant offering Italian and Sardinian cuisine which includes fresh fish, meat and daily specials inspired by traditional recipes.
There is a solarium and use of two hydro massage tubs on the terrace (June-September) and free WiFi throughout the hotel.
The beach is across a small road from the hotel which has sun loungers and parasols for guests use (extra cost €15 per day for 2 sun loungers and 1 parasol). The hotel is within walking distance of town with a selection of shops, café bars, restaurants & pizzerias and close to the tourist port with boat trips to access the beaches and coves along the unique and natural coastline.
There are many excursions offered by the hotel reception to explore the local area and the dramatic coastline with satellite beaches to discover on foot or by boat (minimum number required, extra cost). Also, it is possible to visit the nearby mountains with canyons, lakes and archaeological sites (extra cost).
What excursions are there?
The hotel offers guests the exclusive use of The Marlin, a 55’ boat to reach the hidden coves and beaches along the Gulf of Orosei. Excursions can be arranged by the hotel to visit the Supramonte area, the heart of Sardinia with one of the deepest canyons in Europe and Lake Cedrino with the crystalline water sources of Su Gologone. Alternatively discover the ancient history of Sardinia by visiting some of the most preserved archaeological sites on the island.

Where is the resort located?
Situated between the mountains and the emerald sea, approximately 105km south of Olbia, Cala Gonone is a gateway to visit the 'Gulf of Orosei' and it's 12km dramatic, unique and natural coastline including the stunning beaches of Cala Luna and Cala Sisine.
It is an ideal spot for divers, walkers and nature lovers to explore this unspoilt area, with cliffs plunging into a deep sea of extraordinary beauty encompassing grottos and small coves with fascinating rock pools and secluded beaches. Yet there is the mountainous interior also to discover with rare examples of native flora and fauna, lakes and waterfalls, grottos and canyons.

It is perfect for those looking for either a relaxing small hotel opposite the beach or as a base from which to see more of the local area and for walking, trekking and climbing.
The hotel has a choice of Standard rooms or Junior Suites, some with sea views, suitable for couples, singles and families. There are boat trips available to explore the coastline and to reach some beaches inaccessible by land. Car hire is essential.
