There is a lounge area, bar and dining terrace for a buffet breakfast, light a la carte lunch and dinner with daily set menu (all extra cost). The friendly staff will look after you and the chefs will create a variety of traditional Sardinian and Italian dishes for your enjoyment.
Guests in the apartments can use the hotel's restaurant at the management’s discretion (extra cost) which also offers a daily takeaway service from that day’s restaurant menu (must be pre-ordered at reception).

There is a large freshwater swimming pool, surrounded by a tiled sun terrace, immaculate lawns and gardens. Sunbeds, parasols and towels are provided for guests use and 2 poolside gazebos for shade. In the gardens is a children's play area and a further gazebo offering a choice of health and beauty treatments (extra cost).
The Hotel Lantana has a reception and information point for excursions, bike hire and rentals plus in July and August there is children's entertainment in the swimming pool (some facilities extra cost). There is also a laundry area for guests use, with a washing machine, dryer and iron (extra cost). 
Guests can either enjoy a walk to the local beach (approx. 20 minutes) or use the hotels complimentary shuttle service. The serviced public beach with sunbeds, showers (both extra cost) and canoes (extra cost, high season only). There is a reef, a short distance from the shore, which is great for snorkelling.

The Lantana is ideal for families with children. They can enjoy the shallow end of the swimming pool with a fun water feature, complimentary children's entertainment in the swimming pool in July and August, play on the swings and slides in the small play park or try their hand at the 9 hole putting green also located in the grounds. If parents feel like an evening to themselves, babysitting can be arranged by the reception staff (extra cost).

For golf enthusiasts the Is Molas Golf Course (9/18 hole) is approximately 5km away (free shuttle service available on request). Alternatively, within the hotel grounds there is a putting green with 9 holes.

The charming town of Pula, approximately 900m from the Lantana, is one of the most popular tourist destinations on the south west coast of Sardinia and Sulcis. Stroll through the charming streets leading to the central square called Piazza del Popolo, dotted with café bars and shops to taste typical products and discover the beauty of local crafts. In a mix of ancient and modern, Pula offers an interesting array of artisan shops and boutiques and a good selection of pizzerias and restaurants.
The beach at Nora is 3km from the Lantana and is near the archaeological site of Nora and  Laguna di Nora, a natural marine shelter. From the beach you can admire the promontory with the Torre del Coltellazzo dedicated to Sant'Efis, patron saint of Cagliari and Sardinia.
Nora was once a large town, whose presence affected the populations and trade of the Mediterranean. Phoenician, Punic and Roman ships landed in its port which for a long time remained a refuge for sailors. It reached its maximum expansion as a Roman city of the imperial age, assuming a key role in the relations between East and West. Thanks to excavations, visitors can see the ancient buildings, mosaics, squares and colonnades and dip into its ancient history. 
Laguna di Nora is a Sea Turtles Rescue Centre and part of Regional Net for conservation of marine wildlife. They take care and cure injured sea turtles and guide them back to the sea to return to their normal lives. There is also an Ecoaqarium, Cetaceans Gallery and visitors can also canoe on the lagoon to view the bird life and fauna or snorkel to see the fish, sea grass meadows, sea urchins and there is a Roman cave.
