The apartments are arranged around a small swimming pool with sunbeds and deckchairs, located in a secluded, quieter area of the resort across a small road from the main hotel area, restaurants, bar and reception.
All the apartments are situated on the ground or first floor and furnished in Sardinian style and have a living room with two single sofa beds or pull-out sofa bed (suitable for children up to 14 years), 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, 1 or 2 shower rooms, terrace or balcony with table and chairs, air conditioning, safe, WiFi, TV, telephone linked to the resort reception, hairdryer and kitchenette with fridge with freezer compartment, 4 ring gas hob, microwave and kettle (on request). Cots free of charge (on request at time of booking). Highchairs and pushchairs available to hire (each item €24, request at time of booking).
One Bedroom Apartment (sleeps 2 adults and 2 children 0-14yrs + cot on request): Double bedroom and separate lounge with two single or a pull-out sofa bed, kitchenette and shower room.
One Bedroom Apartment Special (sleeps 2 adults and 2 children 0-14yrs + cot on request): Double bedroom and separate lounge with pull-out sofa bed, kitchenette plus 2 shower rooms.
Two Bedroom Apartment (sleeps 4 adults and 2 children 0-14yrs): Double bedroom, twin bedroom and separate lounge with 2 single sofa beds (1 sofa bed and 1 fixed bed), kitchenette plus one shower room.
Two Bedroom Apartment Special (sleeps 4 adults and 2 children 0-14yrs): Double bedroom, twin room (with room for an extra bed), separate lounge with a single sofa bed and kitchenette plus two shower rooms.
Three Bedroom Apartment (sleeps 6 adults and 2 children 0-14yrs): Double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, separate lounge with 2 sofa beds (one fixed and the other a fold out single bed) and a kitchenette plus two shower rooms.

The Residence has its own swimming pool with deck chairs and sun loungers. Guests can use Resort Cala di Falco reception services, tennis and beach volleyball courts. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the local beach opposite the resort (extra cost).
Guests staying at the residence may book at the reception to have breakfast and dinner at La Poiana Restaurant (extra cost) and enjoy a drink at the piano bar at Resort Cala di Falco with al fresco terrace with sea views.
There is a scheduled shuttle bus service to the beautiful Mannena Beach and the reception can organise excursions and boat trips to the Maddalena islands, along with sport fishing and boat charter (all extra cost).
Pushchairs and highchairs may be booked in advance and paid for locally (€24 each + deposit on collection).
There is a self-service laundry room (extra cost).

The town of Cannigione is just a short walk away (400m) and has a variety of interesting shops, supermarkets, weekly market, bakery and fishmonger with local produce available for self catering.
Alternatively, for eating out, there is a great selection of restaurants, pizzerias, café bars and gelaterias (ice cream parlours) to suit most tastes and budgets to experience Sardinian cuisine.
Cannigione is an ideal location for visiting the beautiful beaches along the Costa Smeralda and the marina of Porto Cervo by boat or by car. It is also an ideal location to take a boat trip to the National Marine Park of La Maddalena and the islands between Sardinia and Corsica.
