Green Village Residence

There are 36 studio, one and two bedroom apartments to suit different requirements, arranged in the gardens or overlooking the pool. All the apartments have a kitchen unit consisting of a 3 or 4 ring electric hob, fridge, freezer, crockery and cutlery, shower room, TV, air conditioning, safe and a terrace or balcony with table and chairs.

Studio Apartment for 2 (22m2 , sleeps 2) an open plan double bedroom  with living area (2m high screens with a door dividing the living and sleeping area), kitchenette and shower room located on the ground or first floor with terrace or balcony.
Studio Apartments for 3/4 (23-24m2, sleeps 3/4) an open plan double bedroom and living area with single/double sofa bed (2m high screens with a door dividing the living and sleeping area), kitchenette and shower room situated on either the ground or first floor with terrace or balcony.
1 Bedroom Apartment (23-24m2, sleeps up to 4) double bedroom, separate living room with a double sofa bed and patio doors leading to a terrace, kitchenette, shower room. These 6 apartments are located in the gardens and are on the ground or first floor.
1 Bedroom Superior Apartment (26-28m2, sleeps up to 4) refurbished apartment with double bedroom, separate living room with double sofa bed and patio doors leading to a terrace, kitchenette, shower room. Located on the ground floor or first floor.
2 Bedroom Apartment (28m2, sleeps up to 6) detached bungalow set in the gardens with 2 double bedrooms, living area with double sofa bed, kitchenette, patio doors leading to a large terrace and shower room.

Green Village has a reception (9am-8pm) with staff happy to provide guests with information about the accommodation, services and local area including restaurants, bike rental, boat hire and excursions (all extra cost). There is an internet point, WiFi and launderette (extra cost).

The large swimming pool and children’s pool are situated in the gardens surrounded by terraces with sunbeds and a poolside bar serving drinks and snacks throughout the day (open 8:30am-7:30pm). There are barbecues in the gardens for guests use and a small play area for children. The lovely beach is about a 15 minute walk (700m) with white sand and electric blue sea, ideal for swimming and snorkelling. The Residence has a reserved area on the beach with sunbeds, parasols and beach towels (16/05-04/10, minimum stay 7 nights).

Green Village is a good value for money, self catering option in a stunning beach location. 

This residence offers accommodation ideal for couples, families and friends looking to spend a relaxing holiday by the pool and on the beach, with a short stroll into the vibrant town of Villasimius for eating out. 

For the more adventurous, this is a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful part of the island by car or by boat. Car hire recommended but not essential.  Green Village offers any day arrival offering excellent flexibility.
