Torreruja Villas

All the villas are furnished in Sardinian style, most have a sea view and some have a private pool. The villas are all are equipped with air conditioning, safe, telephone, hairdryer and kitchen with oven and dishwasher, TV, large furnished terrace (small table and armchairs) with sea view (except Villa Type A) and patio with barbecue, table and chairs. Bathrobes for adults and beach towels provided. Free Cots and highchairs are available and pushchairs can be hired from the reception (request all at time of booking, €24+ deposit for pushchair).

Villa Type A (sleeping 4 + 1 child 0-14yrs + cot) two bedrooms (one double and one twin), shower room, living room with built-in single sofa bed. 

Villa Type B Gulf View (sleeping 4 + 2 children 0-14yrs + cot) two bedrooms (one double and one twin), shower room, living room with two built-in single sofa bed or two single sofa beds. On request it is possible to accommodate a child up to 6yrs in a 7th bed.

Villa Tamerici Sea View (sleeping 4 adults + 2 children 0-14yrs + cot) one double bedroom (twin on request) and a second twin room, shower room, living room with two built in sofa beds and two spacious sea view verandas. 

Villa Lisandri Sea View (sleeping 4 adults + 2 children 0-14yrs + cot) two bedrooms (one double (twin on request) and one twin), two shower rooms, living room with two built in sofa beds, separate kitchen and a large terrace and patio area with sea view.

Villa Gli Olivastri Sea View (sleeping 6 + cot) two bedrooms (one double and one with bunk beds), shower room, kitchen and living room. Additional adjacent room with independent access with double bed and shower room. Large terrace with hammock and rooftop solarium with sun beds and 360° sea view.

Villa Romasinu with Pool & Sea View (sleeping 5 + cot) two en suite bedrooms (one double and one twin with a single sofa bed), small kitchen and a living room. Large terrace at the front and back with a barbecue and rooftop solarium with built-in sofa, large sun cushions and 360° sea view plus private pool.

Villa Asinara with Pool & Sea View (sleeping 6 + 2 children 0-14yrs + cot) three double en suite bedrooms (twin beds on request, one with a pull out double sofa bed), living/dining room, open plan kitchen and cloakroom, large veranda is equipped with a barbecue overlooking the sea, private pool.

Villa Lentishchio with Pool & Gulf View (sleeping 6 + 2 children 0-14yrs + cot) double bedroom with pull out sofa bed for 2, double bedroom with sofa bed, double bedroom with pouf bed, each bedroom with shower room and twin beds on request. Large living room, kitchen with dining area and a covered terrace with table and bbq. Garden with private pool.

Villa Canneddi with Pool & Sea View (sleeping 6 + cot) two double en suite bedrooms (twin beds on request), kitchen and living room. Additional adjacent double en suite bedroom with its own entrance. Large terrace at the front and back with a barbecue plus private pool.

Villa Elicriso with Pool & Sea View (sleeping 6 + 4 children 0-14yrs) 3 double bedrooms (twin on request), all with en-suite shower rooms and sofa beds (two with single sofa beds and one with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people). Spacious and bright living area with open-plan kitchen and dining room overlooking the pool. Two covered verandas, an elegant solarium with pool, and a large panoramic veranda with view over the Gulf of Asinara. The villa is completed with a barbecue and an outdoor shower.





Villa Tinnari with Pool & Sea View (sleeping 8 + 2 children 0-14yrs + cot) two double en suite bedrooms (twin beds on request, one with a sofa bed), two double en suite bedrooms (twin on request) with independent entrances. Large living room with a double sofa bed, open plan kitchen diner and two verandas, one overlooking the sea and the other with a barbecue, private pool.

Villa Le Pleiadi with Pool & Sea View (sleeps 8 + 2 children 0-14yrs + cot) two double bedrooms (twin beds on request) and 2 twin bedrooms, 4 shower rooms, living room with a double sofa bed, dining room and kitchen. Large terrace at the front and back with loungers, dining table, barbecue and private pool.

The villas are adjacent to Hotel Relax Torreruja where villa guests have the benefit of complimentary use of the 24 hour reception service, large seawater swimming pool with snack bar, outdoor fitness area and evening piano bar (drinks and snacks extra cost). Guests staying in the villas may also pay to use the Spa ( €30 for about 2hrs per person), dine in the hotel and book excursions including scuba diving and boat trips including sport fishing (all extra cost).

All drinks and sundries are paid for locally with a pre-payment card acquired at reception.

There is boat hire available locally. Babysitting is on request, extra cost.

There are two beaches near the marina in Isola Rossa, 200m from the Torreruja, one with sun loungers and parasols (extra cost, full day 1 parasol + 2 sun loungers, subject to availability: from opening to 26/06 and from 5/09 to closing - first row €20, second row €16, third row €10; from 27/06 to 04/09 first row €26, second row €22, third row €16).  Also, Marinedda beach is 800m walk along the coast from the hotel/villas with sun loungers, parasols and watersports (all extra cost).
