What types of rooms & suites are available?

Arranged on the ground, first and second floors, accessed by a lift, the guest rooms are furnished in typical Sardinian style with pastel colours.

All the rooms have a marble shower room with courtesy set, slippers and hairdryer, LCD TV, minibar (drinks extra cost), air conditioning/heating, electronic safety deposit box, telephone, tea & coffee set, some with a terrace or balcony with table and chairs.

Classic (sleeping 2/3 adults + cot) double or triple bedroom on ground floor with garden view. There is no balcony / terrace with these rooms.

Superior (sleeping 2/3 adults + cot) double or triple bedroom with garden view or sea view (supplement) and balcony.

Upon request, there is also a Family Room with two bedrooms, sleeping up to 5 adults and a Quadruple Room offering a double bed and bunkbeds in one room, sleeping up to 4 adults.

What dining & bar options are available?

An à la carte dinner is served on the sea view veranda or in the air-conditioned restaurant offering a selection of Sardinia and Italian delicacies as well as a selection of fruit and deserts served at the buffet.

For breakfast, a rich buffet delivers a selection of sweet and savoury options with homemade delicacies and local products.

The bar is open from 10:30am - 11pm for drinks around the pool or in the shade overlooking the famous Piazzetta della Fontana.

There is also a great selection of local restaurants and pizzerias in Baia Sardinia for guests to eat lunch and dinner out and experience Sardinian cuisine.

What facilities, activities & experiences are available?

The swimming pool has a sun terrace with sun loungers, parasols and a pool bar serving drinks throughout the day. There is also a tennis court that can also be used for football.

It is just 150m to Cala Battistoni beach with a long stretch of white sand, turquoise sea and sunbeds and parasols are available to rent (extra cost June - September, first row €40, second row €35, third row €25 and forth row €20). There are watersports available at the beach and boat trips available to the stunning La Maddalena islands ideal for swimming and snorkelling.

The hotel has a 24/7 reception with hotel and local information. Mountain bikes and boat rental are available on request (extra cost). Massages can also be arranged nearby (extra cost).

Parking is available at the hotel for those with a hire car (reservation required, €15 per day) or can be found nearby, outside the hotel, free of charge.

Hotel Cormorano is situated in Baia Sardinia on the north east coast of Sardinia, 36km from Olbia airport, with a stunning white sandy beach and turquoise bay surrounded by villas, hotels and a lively piazza with shops, café bars and restaurants.

There is boat hire on the beach and boat trips out to the islands to really appreciate the beauty of this coastline. Aquadream Waterpark for children is located just out of the town. For nightlife, Phi Beach is a great location for sundowners and The Ritual nightclub located in the castle ruins is nearby.

Baia Sardinia is located on the Costa Smeralda (Emerald Coast) the name inspired by the azure colour of the sea which stretches for 55km, with a harmonisation between Mediterranean architecture, natural landscape and seascape encompassing more than 80 beautiful bays, coves and sandy beaches.
