Situated in a peaceful and secluded area behind Campulongu Beach, S’Incantu residence consists of typical Sardinian style terraced houses/apartments arranged on the ground floor with terrace and first floor with balcony, all overlooking the pool and/or gardens.
The apartments have modern furnishings and are all equipped with kitchenette with hob and fridge, LCD TV, air conditioning, shower room, terrace or balcony with outdoor table and chairs. Kettle and coffee machine rental costs €3 per item per night.

What facilities, activities & experiences are available?
The residence has a reception (open daily 9am-1pm and 4pm-8pm) for resort and local information including excursions, bike and RIB hire (extra cost). There is a coin-laundry and parking available for guests.
The resort snack bar is open from breakfast to after dinner. Breakfast can be booked locally (extra cost).
The swimming pool (270m2) has a children’s area and there is a terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
The sandy beach of Campulongu is approximately 700m away and can be accessed via paths through a fragrant juniper and pine forest belonging to the protected area of Capo Carbonara. It is possible to hire sun loungers and parasols on the beach (extra cost) and there is a diving centre (100m), golf course (200m) and horse riding available (500m).
Where is the resort located?
Villasimius on the beautiful south eastern tip of Sardinia is bordered by stunning white sandy beaches and the town (approximately 2km) has a selection of shops, supermarkets, café bars, gelaterias, pizzerias and restaurants.
The lovely beach of Campulongu is about a 5/10 minute walk (700m) with white sand and electric blue sea, ideal for swimming and snorkelling. Spiaggia di Porto Giunco is another beautiful white sand beach 2km from S’Incantu and the headland of Capo Carbonara is a similar distance with a harbour and old fortress.
There is a wonderful scenic coastal drive up to Costa Rei (18km) with spectacular scenery and many relatively unspoilt coves and beaches.

S’Incantu Resort offers good value apartments in a fabulous location, close to the beautiful beaches on the south east tip of Sardinia.
The residence offers flexible accommodation and any day arrival and short duration stays in low season.
The apartments are typical Sardinian style arranged round the swimming pool and ideal for families sleeping up to 6.
Shady paths leading to a stunning beach with gently shelving turquoise sea ideal for swimming and snorkelling.
There is a supermarket 2km away and a good selection of restaurants and pizzerias in Villasimius.
Car hire useful for provisions and exploring the local area.

This hotel has been skilfully designed to take advantage of its sheltered position. The guest rooms and suites are set behind the reception, piano bar and restaurant terraces which lead down to the pool and secluded rocky cove with sun decks.
