The guest rooms and suites are arranged in the main 2 storey Moorish style hotel building and there are villa style rooms in the grounds.
All the rooms are between 33m2 - 55m2 and have double/twin beds, sofa bed/s, en suite shower room, terrace or balcony, air conditioning/heating, satellite TV, safe, minibar, telephone, hairdryer, complimentary WiFi, beach bag with bathrobe, towel and slippers. What is the villa like?
Villa Bellavista (240m2, sleeping up to 7) is a 4 bedroom private villa with use of the hotel facilities. The villa has a lounge, kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle and Nespresso machine), 4 bathrooms, terrace, garden with beach access, private swimming pool and views across the resort and sea.
What dining & bar options are available?
The main restaurant, Artigiani Restaurant & Terrace, has a spacious terrace offering guests on half board a generous buffet breakfast and special themed buffets for dinner with fresh regional produce, Sardinian specialities, show cooking stations, barbecue evenings and a special buffet for children in a separate area with baby corner.
KENTO Bay Restaurant & Lookout, overlooking the beach, is an a la carte restaurant offering a unique experience under the stars with a menu designed by Michelin Star chef Theodor Falser. Also open for a more traditional lunch (both extra cost).
Sudoki Raw Bar & More serves innovative drinks and cocktails.
La Bottega del Gelato and Artigiani Pizza proposes homemade ice cream and pizza, a delicious pleasure for adults and children alike.

What facilities, activities & experiences are available?
The resort is situated in a beautiful bay with crystal clear sea ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Sun loungers and parasols are provided and there is a beach bar and restaurant. Watersports are available on the beach including sailing dinghies, stand-up paddle boards, windsurfers and canoes, Ribs, diving and boat trips to nearby islands of Cavoli and Serpentara (all extra cost).
Near the beach is a stunning 2 tier infinity relaxation pool with fabulous sea views. There is also an activity pool for families with play area and entertainments. The resort has 2 tennis courts with artificial lawn, football pitch, beach volleyball area, gym and meditation, yoga, Pilates and aqua-aerobics activities, Nordic walking, biking, jogging routes and fitness course.
The resort reception offers both information about the resort and the local area and offers excursions, plus laundry service and babysitting on request (extra cost).
Is the hotel family-friendly?
Falky Land is a multilingual children’s club (3 years+, 7 days a week) with indoor and outdoor area with kindergarten, cinema, mini disco, outdoor playground for children, vegetable garden, petting zoo and entertainment for children and teenagers including sports and show programme, water games, sport courses, kids Olympics and mini disco.
Falky swimming academy offers swimming courses for babies and preschool children instructed by professional and qualified swimming trainers (extra cost).

Where is the resort located?
Capo Boi is approximately 50km from Cagliari airport and 4km from Villasimius on the beautiful south east coast of Sardinia with refreshingly unspoilt scenery, deserted beaches and very turquoise sea.
The town of Villasimius has an array of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias and of course gelaterias. The headland of Capo Carbonara has a harbour and old fortress up on the headland and there is a double bay with fine white sand on one side and granulated sand on the other. There are boat trips out to the islands of Cavoli and Serpentara with an abundance of marine life.
Costa Rei is about 15km to the north via a stunning scenic drive with numerous beautiful bays en route.
