What facilities & services are available?

Arranged in the gardens are 2 freshwater swimming pools and a sun terrace with sunbeds and parasols for the residence to share. A parking space is allocated next to each apartment for convenience. Agriturismo Le Pinnette (farm restaurant) is situated at the bottom of the hill, past the pigs and wild boar grazing in the fields.

Where is the residence located and how far is the beach?

Fertilia is situated on the coast and has a few shops, small supermarket, café bars, gelaterias and pizzerias, which are just 7km from the residence. There are also a couple of lovely beaches nearby on the way to Porto Conte.

The town and port of Alghero is approximately 13km away, buzzing all year round, with the old town cobbled streets hosting an array of café bars, gelaterias, restaurants and shops. There are daily boat trips from the port to Capo Caccia and Neptunes Caves and the white sandy beach stretches all the way out to Fertilia, approximately 5km.

This delightful development offers different styles of small villinos and apartments to suit couples, families and friends alike, sleeping 2-10 people. It would also be suitable for groups for a holiday, party or wedding with the very good agriturismo restaurant at the bottom of the hill.

It is a perfect location to unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and wonderful far reaching views. Alghero town, port and beaches are within easy reach by car and it is just 8km to the airport.

Car hire is essential for provisions, eating out and seeing more of the local area.

This hotel has been skilfully designed to take advantage of its sheltered position. The guest rooms and suites are set behind the reception, piano bar and restaurant terraces which lead down to the pool and secluded rocky cove with sun decks.
